If you have hundreds of tasks you need a more compact view. I think it would be a good way to have a list/table view of all tasks with good filters and sorting capabilities.

It would be helpful if we could add external costs with a fixed price. So we would have a complete overview of all costs of a project (used time, third party costs, license costs, etc.)

You should give "files" an own tab in each project and task detail view and create a beautiful overview of all uploaded files. Maybe it's also possible to build a file commenting and versioning feature.

I would like to have a bookkeeping like accounting journal for each project which should display the budget on the assets side and all booked time entries on the expenses side. This would generate more transparency in the economics of a project.
